Fold forward to place your left hand on the floor on the outer side of the right foot as you lift your right arm to the sky and rotating your torso as fully as possible. Look at your upper thumb. Lengthen your entire torso and broaden your shoulders. Press your back heel firmly to the floor. Press your left hip forward and your right hip back to keep them parallel. Stay for five breaths. Inhale, come up, extending your arms to the sides and turning your feet parallel. Exhale, turn your left foot out by 90 degrees and your right foot in by about 45 degrees. Fold forward to place your right hand on the floor this time. Stay for five breaths. Inhale, come up, extending your arms to the sides and bringing your feet parallel. Exhale, step or jump your feet back together turning to face the front of your mat.
